The item had a hole in it and had some type of lotion inside which oozed out and my great-granddaughter put it all over her face. We took it from her and she had a meltdown

We’re very sorry this happened and understand how upsetting it must have been for both you and your great-granddaughter. We have sold hundreds of these squishies and issues like this are extremely rare, but unfortunately, this one appears to have been damaged or defective. As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we provided a full refund.
